Cycle access and storage, merging with the transitional space

Double height space

movable doors that create a transitional space and threshold between public/private

Movable walls and augmented furniture, flexible design to allow freedom within the space. Allows for extension in archive with addable walls.

Modular class rooms, allows for larger spaces and also intimate locations

Allowing access to the site from Stretford Road and Bonsel Street as it acts as main transport route for buses and a transitional space for pedestrians.

A large space that can accommodate a large number of people for events and lectures.

Not clearly defined spaces for class rooms and smaller teaching rooms
Doesn’t effectively incorporate/integrate with the transitional space, in addition doesn’t think about other possible access points?
How will the building fir in the context of the existing housing
How to bridge between to the 2 sites, the transitional space.
