BRIDGE PROPOSAL
The design for my building began with some sketches - Using previous compositions that the buildings form emerged from. I started with a grid so that there was consistency between how both indoor and out door spaces were constructed, I then juxtoposed them with the organic shapes to continue the asesthetic of anarchy. Exploring Tschumi's Parc La Villette and his combination of organic shapes that cut through a structural grid.
Looking at the buildings general form and existing compositions from which the building emerged - I began the design process through concept sketches.

The bridge acts as link between the Anachist Free School and the Adult Learning Centre - This is to further enforce and encourage learning as a life long process. All though the Free School is for Secondary School students it emphassies the importance of continuing education with links to the learning. Addtionally this encourages young students to mix with the elder students and co-localities within Hulme. The bridge leads into the archive / public space - the aim to inspire the exchange of knowledge with the Free Scool school and the Adult Learning Centre, so that the wealth of information about Hulme and its residents continues to grow.
